Can I track my item?
Yes you absolutely can! Our products are shipped via Australia Post and every order will have a tracking number sent to your nominated email address, once your order is shipped.

Please contact us ASAP to rectify the error. Once the item is shipped, we will not be able to change the delivery address.
If your items are returned due to incorrect/invalid address provided or not being claimed, any return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. We do not offer a refund for items delivered to the incorrect address.
